Responsibilities For Business Development Executive

• Selling of bank’s and third party products to new customers.
• Conducting marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
• Contacting existing customers for more deposits and cross selling of more products.
• Achieve sales targets as assigned by the organization on a daily and monthly basis.
• Complete all mandatory certifications required for the role (AMFI, EUIN etc.).

• Follow all compliance guidelines (regulatory & legislative) for each activity.

Role for Business Development Executive

• Business Development Executives are a part of the Bank’s front line sales team.
• Their primary responsibility is sales of bank’s products to new customers for the bank.
• They will be required to take part in offsite marketing activities and travel locally to meet new customers as a daily activity.
• They are responsible for selling banking and third party products to customers based on their needs.
• They are responsible for handling customer queries.

• Resolve customer’s requests and complaints related to Internet and Mobile Banking within prescribed TAT
• Ensure timely and accurate reply to the customer
• Ensure 100% quality TAT on closure of the cases

• Identify recurring customer issues and ensure fixing of the same

Role For Digital Operations Team

• The Digital Operation team member is responsible for ensuring handling Retail Internet and Mobile Banking and ASAP related customer’s requests, complaints. Ensuring closure of cases within TAT with accurate closure of request. The role requires close coordination with IT to ensure customer

Responsibilities For Unit Manager

• Supervise a team of 150+ strong tele callers who will be engaged in selling of products to existing customers of the bank.
• Manage a team of Virtual Relationship Managers – Credit Card – Acquisition.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze business numbers to identify opportunities and gaps for corrective actions.
• Ensure delivery of the sales targets assigned for the respective line of business.
• Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.
• Guide, coach and motivate teams across locations for improved performance

Role For Unit Manager

• The Unit Manager manages an outbound team (on partner payrolls) across various Banking products. The Unit Manager manages around 150 member team with the support of 9 to 10 Team Leaders and is responsible for driving sales, productivity, increasing cross-sell, reducing cost to income and increasing profitability and growth of the channel.

Responsibilities For Branch Operation Head

• Establish local branch operational procedures incorporating necessary control processes to ensure adherence to global and regional policies, standards and practices.
• Establish and define the branch operations policies and procedures, operating efficiency model, interfaces with the Country Retail Bank Head and other stakeholders on solving operating issues and all other operational aspects of the branches.
• Ensuring seamless customer service delivery at branches through continuous evaluation of redundant process, removal of bottle necks and process simplification and standardization.
• Own & manage analog shutdown and path to zero initiatives for Branch Operations to meet transaction offload targets, in partnership with Country Operations and Product & Digital partners.
• Lead & champion Client Obsession initiatives and to drive y-o-y reduction of L1, L2 & L3 complaints volume and resolving identified client pain points.
•  Ensuring best in class on boarding process for customer on boarded by Affluent Branch team through reduced turnaround time and rejects across products.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
• Work closely with other functions such as CBORC, BOF, Product, Information Security, CBCM, Fraud Prevention & Oversight, Records Management, CSIS and CRS to meet the above objectives.

Role For Branch Operation Head

• Country Branch Operations Head is responsible for the sound operation of all Myrtle retail branches in the country. This is a leadership role reporting to the Network Coverage Head – Affluent Banking and is responsible for establishing a robust framework to manage the operations and service delivery, providing strategic recommendations across consumer branch. The role partners with the consumer business and function owners including Branch Oversight Function and CBORC, on risk and control related aspects to guide and manage along with the business and function owners, on all matters related to Operations, Service Delivery and Risks & Controls. 

Responsibilities For Legal Associate

1. Providing support and guidance to branches on the legal questions on matters relating to credit, retail, wholesale, default, foreclosure, collections, premises, outsourcing contracts, software contracts and other questions relating to banking, as may be referred by the branches and other departments.

2. Providing legal opinions under various laws, rules and regulations relating to the Bank’s business matters, including banking laws, RBI Regulations, FEMA, companies law, business laws, criminal laws, civil laws etc.

3. Handling credit documentation related matters and advising the branches and other offices of the Bank in various documentation related issues and drafting the necessary documents, wherever standard ones are not available, in accordance with the business requirements.

4. Advising the relevant business/operations teams on matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, structured finance, capital market transactions (equity and debt), M&A, private equity, IPR etc.

5. Drafting of non-standard documents on case-to-case basis and examination of standard documents for modifications being suggested by clients.

6. Managing serious and complex litigation and serving as a liaison to external counsel litigating the matter.

7. Serving as the primary legal support for branches, business units and other offices of the Bank and providing advice and guidance in regard to day to day matters such as account documentation, cheque processing and wrongful payment issues and other operational issues related to banking, as may be referred by the branches.

8. Advising on legal issues relating to new product features and all marketing efforts related to promotion of these products and also assisting in developing policies and procedures compliant with applicable state and central laws.

9. Reviewing and advising on vendor contracts the related to Banks business operations.

10. Serving as primary legal support for marketing, in the review of vendor agreements and working with outside counsel in the case of celebrity and sports team endorsement agreements.

11. Advising on premises related matters and drafting and vetting of the lease, leave and license agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, ATM agreements etc. Drafting deeds, agreements, bonds, notices etc.

12. Monitoring and updating business as well as operation units of the Bank on legal environment (e.g. changes in state or central laws, rules and regulations, court decisions, etc.) to ensure awareness of actual and pending changes in each area of legal responsibility and communicate information internally as appropriate.

13. Retaining and serving as a liaison to and monitoring the performance of external counsel in order to contain costs.

14.Performing other responsibilities as assigned by General Counsel and/or Group Heads and/or other senior members of the Law Department from time to time.
